mystified.

monday evening it's perplexing when all it takes is a simple "thank you". how difficult is it to breathe two words. "excuse me", "please", "sorry". are they all so hard to say?

second bus ride from hell. shall not elaborate. point is, i hate people who talk so friggin' loudly on the phone.. oh wait, scratch that, people who shout into their friggin' phone as if the other party was deaf or the other party's phone had no volume control, worse still, both. gah!
