wednesday morning tuesday was great.fantastic actually.but it could have been better.went to school for essentially 2 hours before meeting up with tim ryan weiren.went to jurong point to have lunch.had black pepper beef in hotplate.fabulous.headed to NTU from there.arrived just as the rest of the NP guys came in the bus.so anyhows.sat around for awhile before we warmed up.was relieved to have been selected.was to sit out the 1st period before coming in in the 2nd period.1st and 2nd period came and went.NP 0 NYP 0..start of 3rd period.i took the face off.was an even one cause neither myself nor the NYP guy won it cleanly.couple of fast passes and stuff then we counter-attacked.started with zhiwei clearin the ball to the center.guoliang took over and ran straight through the middle while i came in through the right flank.he saw my run and made a back pass.i took the ball and slammed it home into the top left corner.1-0 NP.we defended pretty well from that point on but conceeded the equaliser while NYP was on the powerplay.sloppy defending i think.then the 2nd goal came.we then went on a last 3min full pressure hoping to find the equaliser but it was not to be..on the day we played what i felt was almost our true 100% (we were more likely at 98% la.haha!) we couldnt capitalise on the chances we had.but what the hell.at least NP didnt go down fighting this time round.
