running and drumming.

friday morning felt good running again. 10km. nothing much exciting save for the knee popping halfway through but i still managed to finish it.

resting for the weekend and we'll see what comes next.

welcome reception at the high commission later today. drumming has improved a fair bit over the year but it's not anywhere near what i would like considering the infrequent amount of drumming time i have but it still is one of the most relaxing things ever.

dad and sis are traveling overseas for work. means mum's home alone. hai.. makes me wish i were home too.

adelaide has been postponed due to inward bound. hope i make it this year.
